Pictoniq provides professional photography services, including but not limited to event, engagement, and portrait photography. The services are available to customers in Perth, Australia.

Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or direct contact.

• Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be outlined at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required before the delivery of final images or services.

• If a client requests RAW files, they must inform us at the time of booking. An additional fee will be charged for providing RAW files.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least one week before the scheduled service to be eligible for a partial refund.

• In case of cancellation by Pictoniq due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at the client’s convenience.

Data Delivery and Retention

• Once we send the final images or videos to the client, they must be downloaded within three (3) days.

• After this period, Pictoniq is not obligated to retain a backup of the files.

• If the client loses the files or fails to download them within the given timeframe, Pictoniq is not responsible for providing replacements.

Usage Rights and Copyright

• All images captured by Pictoniq remain the intellectual property of Pictoniq unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal or commercial use as per agreed terms.

• Any modifications, reproductions, or reselling of images without permission is prohibited.

User Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

• You must not misuse our services for unlawful or prohibited activities.

Liability Disclaimer

• While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our website or services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

• Pictoniq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• If an issue arises with a service provided, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for that service.
